為紀(jì)念世紀(jì)豪華游輪“泰坦尼克號”意外沉沒100周年，詹姆斯·卡梅隆親自將1997年創(chuàng)造票房神話的電影《泰坦尼克號》轉(zhuǎn)制成3D版在全球公映，配合這次電影重映，索尼音樂也在3月26日全球發(fā)行《泰坦尼克號》電影原聲大碟的紀(jì)念珍藏版本——“百年珍藏版4CD”。   電影《泰坦尼克號》中的音樂對電影來說至關(guān)重要，天后級女歌手席琳·迪翁演唱的主題曲《我心永恒》家喻戶曉，除了獲得廣大觀眾的喜愛之外，這個電影的音樂也獲得了1997年第70屆奧斯卡電影金像獎的 “最佳配樂”與“最佳歌曲”兩個獎項。原版的《泰坦尼克號》電影原聲碟在全球的銷售量曾經(jīng)超過2600萬張，《重返泰坦尼克》(BACK TO TITANIC)電影原聲碟在全球售量也超過300萬份。對于此次新發(fā)行的紀(jì)念版，作曲和指揮詹姆斯-霍納說：“重新發(fā)行的《泰坦尼克號》電影原聲讓我非常激動。經(jīng)過這么多年，這些音樂依然保有奇妙的魔力。”   此次率先在中國發(fā)行的“百年紀(jì)念版2CD”包含由詹姆斯-霍納作曲并指揮的《泰坦尼克號》電影原聲音樂、沙龍樂團(I Salonisti)為電影演奏的音樂，另外還隨盤附贈特制一套4張的“泰坦尼克號”行禮簽貼紙。沙龍樂團是電影中出現(xiàn)的五重奏樂團，卡梅隆導(dǎo)演煞費苦心地研究了船上曾經(jīng)演奏過的音樂，并特別邀請沙龍樂團錄制真正來自那個時代的音樂。   這也是沙龍樂團的錄音首次在全世界發(fā)行，這張名為《紳士們，今晚特別獻給你們》(“I Salonisti: Gentlemen, It Has Been a Privilege Playing with You Tonight”)的音樂CD中的兩首主打曲目是沉船時樂隊演奏的最后一首曲目《接近你，我的上帝》(Nearer My God To Thee)以及沒有在電影中出現(xiàn)的，但傳說中是當(dāng)時“泰坦尼克號”船上的樂隊最后真正演奏的曲目《秋日之歌》(Song of Autumn)。   而“百年珍藏4CD”版本除了包含2CD中的內(nèi)容，還將會包括重新灌錄的《重返泰坦尼克》(BACK TO TITANIC)的原聲音樂和全新編輯的20世紀(jì)早期的歌曲《泰坦尼克時代的流行音樂》(Popular Music From The Titanic Era)這2張錄音。
